November 1998 - 15 acre site of Brinly-Hardy Warehouse built in 1889 - Building served as center of train commerce from 1890 through early 1900's - Three sides of original building have been maintained (and reinforced) with blending of "old" and "new" with stadium construction.

Construction Costs:
Approximately $27.8 million (financed through partnership with City of Louisville, Louisville Baseball Club and private and civic sources).
